Stein Learning Gardens hosts Volunteer Days throughout the year. Most of the opportunities occur at our sites on the 7800 block of South Racine Avenue in Auburn Gresham. We need our supporters to lend a hand with planting, weeding, harvesting, cleaning around our site and the community, or helping with Grow Kit Assembly for our collaboration with Chicago Grows Food. Occasional volunteer days will also occur at one of the community gardens we support, such as Black on Black Love Community Garden in Auburn Gresham or the Shavon Dean Memorial Garden in Roseland.
